30-day return window
You can return your unused Pawch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable.
How to start a return
Email woof@pawch.co with your order number. We'll send you a return label and instructions within one business day.
What we can't accept
For hygiene and sentimental reasons, we cannot accept returns of Pawch keepsakes that have already had fur placed inside. If yours arrived damaged, please reach out, we will replace it without question.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
