How do I add the fur?+
Lift the ultra-clear window and use small tweezers or whatever you have to hand to tuck a lock of fur inside. Press the window back down. Two minutes, tops.
What if I do it wrong?+
You cannot. The window lifts easily and closes snugly. If the fur sits a little off, just lift and try again. No glue, no mess, no stress.
Will the fur stay safe forever?+
Yes. The window seals tight and the inner chamber is soft-lined, so the lock of fur is protected from dust, light, and time. It stays as soft as the day you placed it.
How soon will it arrive?+
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 days with tracked shipping. You will know exactly when it is on its way.
What if I change my mind?+
We offer a 1-year, no-questions-asked replacement on every Pawch. If anything is off, email woof@pawch.co with your order ID and a photo of the Pawch you received. We ship a brand new replacement to your confirmed address free of charge, and you get to keep the original too.
What about the knock-offs I have seen online?+
We know there are knock-offs and low-quality copies out there, and we feel for anyone let down by them. Every Pawch we ship is tested, hand-packed, and stitched with precision by our own team. No shortcuts. No mass-production lines. Just careful craft, one keepsake at a time.
